  • Who are our coaching programs aimed at?

    We have designed our coaching services to be accessible to everyone, so that each person can benefit from 100% personalized support, taking into account their specific needs and budget. Whether you are a man or a woman, in a relationship or single, a beginner in your fitness journey or already advanced, our coaching system is suitable for all. We consider a variety of factors, such as your personal goals (weight loss, muscle gain, improvement of physical condition), as well as your history of injuries, allergies, or food intolerances. Additionally, we have developed programs specifically designed for busy moms who have little time to dedicate to themselves. We offer easy recipes to share with the family and short 30-minute workouts, ensuring results that meet their desires.

    Thus, each program is tailored to fit your unique situation, allowing you to progress safely and effectively. Our goal is to provide you with an inclusive coaching experience, where every individual, including busy moms, can find the support and guidance necessary to achieve their health and wellness aspirations.

  • For whom are the coaching programs designed?

    We wanted coaching to be accessible to everyone, so that anyone can benefit from 100% personalized coaching based on their needs and budget.   • Can I integrate my nutrition plan for the whole family?

    Your meal plan is designed to meet your specific nutritional needs (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and micronutrients). However, you can certainly share the same recipe ideas with your family, as all the recipes are healthy and balanced. I recommend that mothers do not calculate portions for children but instead allow them to eat until they are satisfied. These recipes will be excellent for their health.

    Feel free to adjust certain ingredients, such as vegetables, to make them more appealing to the children. For your husband, I advise increasing the quantities by 1.5 to 2 times, as men generally have higher nutritional needs than women.

    You also have the option to adjust your shopping list based on the number of people who will share your meals.


  • Can I interact with a coach through the app to get personalized advice?

    Yes, it is entirely possible to work with one of our coaches, John or Thaïna, by opting for one-on-one coaching through video conferences. This allows you to ask all your questions and receive much more in-depth coaching.

    Feel free to fill out your form in the (pricing) section so that we can get in touch and schedule our coaching sessions.

  • How often is my nutrition program updated?

    Your nutrition plan will be updated every two weeks to include new recipes and advice tailored to your needs. You will also have the option to swip the recipes based on your preferences, if necessary, and they will adapt to your requirements. Additionally, the training program will be revised each month to ensure it remains challenging and aligned with your progress. These regular adjustments will help you maintain your motivation and effectively achieve your goals.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. The program is available as a monthly subscription. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    I'll tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • Is this good for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
